Darshan & Temple Services

Temple authorities control darshan schedules, ticket availability, queue systems, and entry procedures. Tirupati Travels cannot guarantee specific darshan timings or access beyond the rules established by the temple administration.

Travel Schedule Changes

Tour schedules may be revised because of weather conditions, road closures, traffic restrictions, government notifications, or temple-related changes.

Customer Responsibilities

• Carry valid government-issued ID proof.
• Follow temple dress code guidelines.
• Arrive at pickup points on time.
• Provide correct passenger details.
• Respect fellow travelers and staff.

Vehicle Usage Rules

Passengers are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid damaging vehicles. Any loss or damage caused during the journey may result in additional charges.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official contact channels. Refund eligibility depends on the package type, cancellation period, and applicable supplier or temple authority policies.

Force Majeure

Tirupati Travels shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, government actions, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

We act as a travel service provider and shall not be liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, missed schedules, or changes made by third-party service providers and temple authorities.
